There are times when you know you need to do something, but, then leave it. It keeps coming back to nag you, then you feel bad. Don’t feel bad, turn it around and use it for good. Get it done and out of the way, new opportunities are waiting to come and fill the gap that is left behind. Yes, it can be hard, but, as we learn to discipline our minds and focus, it will become easier as time goes on.
With meditation, relaxation, we can learn to create a positive mindset. We have a choice everyday as to whether we have a good day or a bad day. When you awake, state that you are going to have a “good day”. Then when you are awake, make the statement “I am ready for a fun filled day where I will learn new positive ideas”. After a week or so, this will enter into your subconscious and become a part of you. Life will take on a more positive outlook and you will then find that you will do things with a completely different attitude.
Positive affirmations that are repeated on a regular basis attracts positive things into your life.
